Job summary
Baker Hughes is seeking an Integrated Commercial Project Manager in Kuala Lumpur to lead proposals, bids and commercial strategy across oil & gas opportunities. You will coordinate with Region Leadership, Commercial Operations and Product Lines to secure high-value contracts, while ensuring risk management and strict process adherence.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, commercial or scientific discipline.
- 15+ years of oil & gas operator or service company experience.
- 5+ years of Integrated Projects experience.
- Proven track record of securing high value integrated contracts and negotiating to award.
- Strong understanding of Upstream business environment and Well Engineering/Construction.
Responsibilities
- Leads all elements of I&S Opportunities through the I&S Process.
- Builds a winning strategy for proposals or bids with stakeholders.
- Oversees risk management, cost modeling, and contract handover.
- Ensures compliance with company processes and COFA framework.
