Noble Deliverer in Malaysia is seeking a Performance Lead to optimize drilling, completion, and subsea operations. The role emphasizes LEAN methodology and the PDSA cycle, with a focus on aligning delivery with customer expectations and supporting rigs in campaign success.

You will drive operational planning, monitoring, and continuous improvement, communicating effectively with clients and teams, and maintaining performance dashboards, lessons learned, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Driller or Assistant Driller on offshore rigs.
• In-depth drilling process knowledge and operational improvement strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement.
• Advanced analytical abilities with Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement operational improvements at rig sites.
• Monitor performance, record hours, NPT and ILT; update KPIs.
• Apply LEAN and PDSA for continuous improvement and lessons learned.
• Engage with customers to align on deliverables and expectations.
• Collaborate with drilling contractors and service providers.
• Support safety compliance and risk assessments.
