Job summary

Noble Deliverer is seeking an experienced Performance Lead to drive operational excellence across drilling, completion, and subsea phases. You will apply LEAN principles and the PDSA cycle to improve rig performance, monitor KPIs, and maintain strong customer relations.

You will coordinate with clients, drilling contractors, and service providers to ensure campaigns are delivered safely and efficiently, while challenging existing practices for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of offshore drilling experience as a Driller or Assistant Driller.
• Deep knowledge of drilling processes and improvement strategies.
• Proficiency in LEAN and the PDSA cycle.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Effective time management and self-organization.
• Advanced analytical abilities; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven leadership and teamwork capabilities.
• Comfortable working in diverse, multicultural environments.
• Courage to challenge the status quo when needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement operational improvements to enhance rig performance.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs such as NPT and ILT.
• Lead after-action reviews and lessons learned sessions.
• Engage with customers to align on deliverables and expectations.
• Coordinate with service providers and drill teams for phase preparations.
• Support campaigns and ensure safety and compliance.
