Responsibilities

• Prepare, update and maintain accurate as-built drawings of all water production facilities.
• Ensure accuracy of AutoCAD files and maintain backup softcopies.
• Provide support on drawings for construction proposals and bids.
• Ensure timely completion and filing of all reports.
• Dispense updated drawings to department heads.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers for design requirements.

Job Scopes

• Prepare, update and maintain accurate as-built drawings of all water production facilities, pipelines, reservoirs and buildings.
• Ensure that all as-built drawings and associated records are maintained, updated and that the work site is checked for accuracy in AutoCAD files in the designated computer with backup softcopy.
• Provide support on drawing for construction proposals, bids, manuals, presentations and other specific purposes.
• Ensure that all reports are completed and filed in a meaningful, accurate and timely basis.
• Ensure updated drawings are dispensed to other department heads for providing facility information for maintenance, security and safety, planning of facility modification or rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to gather design requirements.
