Job summary

You will prepare layouts for farm and factory projects, ensure code-compliant submissions to KM authorities, and coordinate with engineers, consultants, and project teams. Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Architecture or Drafting, with at least 1 year of experience, and be able to travel for site visits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Drafting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural layout drawings for farm and factory projects.
• Produce accurate 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Assist in layout planning based on site conditions and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and project teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback, site changes and project requirements.
• Prepare and support submission drawings such as Layout and Building Plans to KM regulatory authorities.
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant standards, codes and regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of drawings and revisions.
• Conduct site visits when necessary to verify measurements.
