Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or Computer Science required.
• Strong programming skills; knowledge of C/C++ is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python is an added advantage, particularly for test automation and analytics.
• Solid analytical and structured problem-solving skills for semiconductor test data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their practical applications is a plus.
• Experience using AI-assisted software development tools for coding, debugging, or data analysis is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design new test programs for first-silicon validation of DRAM products.
• Develop and maintain test programs to meet customer specs and characterization needs.
• Optimize test programs to reduce test time and costs.
• Automate test and engineering processes with scripts and tools.
• Enhance test coverage to ensure outgoing quality and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with product, equipment, and manufacturing teams to maximize yield.
• Explore AI-assisted approaches for data analysis, pattern recognition, and anomaly detection.
• Evaluate integrating AI and automation into existing test workflows.
