Responsibilities

• Design new test programs for first-silicon validation of new products and technology startups.
• Develop and maintain test programs for DRAM products to meet specs and analyze returns.
• Optimize test programs to reduce test time and manufacturing costs.
• Automate test and engineering processes with scripts and tools.
• Enhance test coverage to ensure outgoing quality and customer satisfaction.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve development, testing, and productivity.
• Explore AI/ML-based approaches for test-data analysis and anomaly detection.
• Analyze large semiconductor test datasets to accelerate root-cause analysis.
• Integrate AI/automation into test engineering workflows with data integrity and security in mind.
• Collaborate with product and equipment engineering to maximize yield and ROI.
• Work with test capacity and manufacturing to meet output goals.
• Develop and monitor process metrics for test processes.
• Continuously explore new AI and automation technologies for semiconductor testing.
