Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Malaysia is seeking a fresh graduate as a Product Test Development Engineer (DRAM) to design and validate test programs for first-silicon developments and DRAM products.

You will automate test workflows, apply AI-assisted methods, analyze data, and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve yield and efficiency while maintaining data integrity and security.

Qualifications

• Python scripting for test automation, data processing, and analytics is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Design new test programs for first-silicon validation of new products and startups.
• Develop and maintain test programs for DRAM products to meet specifications.
• Optimize test programs to reduce test time and costs.
• Automate test and engineering processes with software scripts and tools.
• Enhance test coverage to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve software development, testing, and productivity.
• Explore AI/ML approaches for data analysis, anomaly detection, and yield improvement.
• Apply data analytics to large semiconductor test datasets for root-cause analysis.
• Integrate AI and automation into existing test workflows with data integrity and security in mind.
• Collaborate with product and equipment teams to maximize yield and ROI.
