Design new test programs for first-silicon validation of new products and tech startups.
Develop and maintain test programs for DRAM products to meet specs and analyze returns.
Optimize test programs to reduce test time and costs.
Automate test and engineering processes with scripts and tools to boost productivity.
Explore AI-assisted engineering tools to improve software development and debugging.
Apply data analytics and AI techniques to large semiconductor test datasets for root-cause analysis.
