Job summary

Redwood Furniture Sdn Bhd seeks a skilled draughtsperson to prepare manufacturing drawings, layouts and documentation for interior fittings. You will produce detailed drawings to guide craftsmen and ensure planning submissions are properly scaled.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks is preferred. The role involves coordinating across Production, Metal and Carpentry departments to support project delivery and process controls.

Qualifications

• Preference for AutoCAD & SolidWorks knowledge.

• Prepare manufacturing drawings, design layouts and documents.
• Produce the detailed drawings of a design project to show craftsmen exactly what is to be done.
• Draft outline and detailed drawings to the appropriate scale for planning submissions purposes.
• Use AutoCAD in the preparation of project drawings and/or general arrangement layouts.
• Work within stated procedures to ensure that design records/controls are maintained.
• To assist in departmental operations such as Production, Metal, Carpentry, and etc.
• To execute and coordinate all departmental related activities.
