Job summary

Körber Pharma Packaging AG in Malaysia seeks a detail-oriented documentation professional to manage spare parts catalogs, preparation of order documentation, and quality checks in compliance with ISO standards.

You will coordinate documentation packages, monitor stock levels, and trigger purchases while collaborating with German counterparts and the SAP system to forecast needs and ensure accurate workflows.

Qualifications

• Diploma education or higher required.
• Experience in complex industrial equipment documentation preferred.
• English communication skills essential.
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Compiling and checking spare part catalogues from technical drawings
• Preparing order documentation according to company processes and procedures
• Checking prepared documentation for consistency and completeness
• Preparing documentation package including printing and filing
• Monitoring documentation material stocks and trigger purchases as required
• Plan, prioritize and coordinate activities based on a forecast gathered from company SAP system
• Communication with the documentation team (German counter-parts) concerning procedures, processes and work package

• Diploma education or higher


• Related working experience in complex industrial equipment environment, preferably with documentation experience


• Good communication skills, especially command in English


• High sense of responsibility and commitment


• Good in prioritizing works and able to work under pressure
