Job summary

Körber Pharma Packaging AG is seeking a detail-oriented logistics professional in Malaysia to manage import/export documentation, data entry, and customs compliance for the Licensed Manufacturer Warehouse (LMW). You will support declarations, renewals, and audit readiness while maintaining accurate records and ERP integrity.

The role requires experience in logistics, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with SAP; English and Malay communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in business, international relations, or related field.
• Experience in logistics (Import/Export and Shipping).
• Proficiency in MS Office Word & Excel.
• Basic knowledge of SAP advantageous.
• Experience with government regulators, especially customs for document handling.
• Good command of English and Malay.
• Strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly reports for submission to Customs for Licensed Manufacturer Warehouse (LMW).
• Input and update daily inbound (raw materials) and outbound (finished goods) records into internal databases and ERP systems.
• Prepare documents for LMW renewal.
• Support handling of Import/Export declaration forms and supporting documents.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to export control activities and transactions.
• Double-check import/export declarations, shipping invoices, AWB/BL to ensure data integrity.
• Organize and file shipping and customs documents for audits by RMCD.
• Enforce proper document retention protocols to ensure audit readiness.

Your role in our team:

• Preparing monthly report for submission to Customs related to Licensed Manufacturer Warehouse (LMW)
• Accurately input and update daily inbound (raw materials) and outbound (finished goods) records into internal databases and ERP systems.
• Preparing related documents for Licensed Manufacturer Warehouse (LMW) renewal
• Support in handling of Import / Export declaration forms and supporting documents
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to export control activities and transactions.
• Maintain flawless data integrity by double-checking import/export declarations, shipping invoices, AWB/BL & etc.
• Organize, classify, and file physical and digital shipping and customs documents for routine and ad-hoc audits by the RMCD.
• Authority: Authority to enforce proper document retention protocols to ensure audit readiness.

Your profile:

• Degree/ Diploma in business, international relations, or a related field
• Experience in logistics (Import/Export and Shipping background)
• Profound knowledge of MS Office (especially in Word & Excel)
• Basic knowledge in SAP would be advantage
• Experience in working with Government Regulators, especially with Customs Departments for related document compilation, reports submission and activities of business licenses applications Licensed Manufacturer Warehouse (LMW)
• Good command in English and Malay
• High sense of responsibility
