Körber Pharma Packaging AG is seeking a documentation coordinator to compile and verify machine order documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company procedures. You will liaise with headquarters, monitor stock of documentation materials, and trigger purchases as needed.

The role requires a Diploma or higher, experience with complex industrial equipment documentation, strong English communication, and the ability to work under pressure while prioritizing tasks.

Competenze

• Diploma education or higher.
• Related working experience in complex industrial equipment environment, preferably with documentation experience.
• Good communication skills, especially command in English.
• High sense of responsibility and commitment.
• Good in prioritizing works and able to work under pressure.

Mansioni

• Compiling and checking the documentation package for machine’s order.
• Preparing order documentation according to company processes and procedures.
• Checking prepared documentation for consistency and completeness.
• Preparing documentation package including printing and filing.
• Liaise with counterpart from headquarters for document preparation and prioritization.

• Plan, prioritize and coordinate activities based on a forecast gathered from company SAP system
• Communication with the documentation team (German counter-partners) concerning procedures, processes and work packages
