Job summary

FrieslandCampina Malaysia, Bandar Enstek factory, is seeking a Distribution Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain, transport and warehouse operations, ensuring safe, seamless, and cost-effective product movement.

You will manage 3PL partnerships, coordinate transport planning, monitor SLAs, and drive continuous improvement while complying with health, safety, and statutory requirements. A strong focus on KPIs and team development is essential.

• Deep understanding of modern supply chain software and inventory systems.
• Extensive knowledge of end-to-end warehouse workflows, transport routing, and delivery scheduling.
• Strong problem-solving to diagnose delays and discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
• Manage 3PL providers, monitor SLAs, address issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate transportation activities and optimize delivery schedules to improve capacity utilization.
• Monitor departmental budgets and logistics costs while maintaining service quality.
• Lead and develop warehouse and logistics staff to achieve departmental objectives.
• Ensure warehouse and logistics operations comply with health, safety, statutory, and industry requirements.
