Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Kulim, Malaysia, seeks a Specialist Logistic Planning to manage External Wafer Manufacturing production planning and logistics. You will work with internal and external partners to ensure correct wafers and quantities are started and delivered on time while upholding quality parameters.

You will review demand forecasts, collaborate with EWM production teams to align capacity, monitor progress, and adjust schedules as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT related or equivalent.
• Excellent English proficiency in oral and written.
• At least 1-3 years’ experience in semiconductor logistics / supply chain / manufacturing.
• Experience in Production Planning with internal and external partners.
• Able to communicate and work together with all level of people.
• Possess good analytical skill to perform deviation management.
• Familiar with SAP, Tableau, Microsoft Office applications which are required to support daily operation and report development.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for External Wafer Manufacturing (EWM) production planning and logistics operation for the assigned account; coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure right wafers and quantities are delivered to destinations meeting quality parameters.
• Review and analyze demand forecasting data to plan production schedules.
• Collaborate with EWM production teams to understand capacity and create accurate schedules.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to meet changing demands.
• Communicate production schedules and demand plans to relevant teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with EWM suppliers to ensure timely order delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency.
• Analyze data and generate reports on production performance and inventory metrics.
• Monitor inventory levels and high aging production lots in supply chain flow.
