AFRY Malaysia seeks a Senior Mechanical Consultant (Director) to join the Director Leadership Team in the Power & Energy Division. The role targets technical advisory, due diligence, and project development support for CCGT, gas engines, waste-to-energy, and biomass-to-power projects, with leadership responsibilities and strong BD focus.

The successful candidate must hold PEPC with a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, and will mentor engineers, review EPC/EPCC deliverables, and coordinate

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• PEPC registration with BEM is mandatory.

Mansioni

• Provide strategic technical leadership within Director Leadership Team.
• Lead technical due diligence on CCGT, gas engine, waste-to-energy and biomass-to-power projects.
• Provide technical advisory during project development, feasibility studies and execution.
• Review EPC/EPCC designs, calculations, specs and contractor deliverables.
• Assess gas turbines, gas engines and BOP systems; mitigate technical risks.
• Lead LE/OE/IE assignments and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Prepare due diligence reports, engineering reviews and executive presentations.
• Guide procurement, construction and commissioning phases; support BD via technical proposals.
