Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Science, Physics, Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
3–5 years in LED manufacturing / semiconductors.
Experience leading engineers and technicians.
Knowledge of LED manufacturing processes and testing.
Proficiency with Minitab and Six Sigma tools.

Responsibilities

Set product yield targets and improvement roadmap with Process Eng/Production.
Update BOM, process flows, and material setup for new 11 series.
Support low-complexity projects and productivity improvements.
Review and approve PVDB changes and test program updates.
Lead or support internal/external quality issue resolution.
