Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required; Master's or PhD preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in semiconductor, media, or solar manufacturing.
• Proven leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other relevant methodologies.
• Strong understanding of project management principles.
