Job summary

Glory Global is seeking a Director of the Shared Service Centre in Kuala Lumpur to lead Finance, Information Security, General Services and Call Centre operations across Asia, Europe and the USA. You will align regional teams, drive process improvement, automate workflows, implement KPIs and SLAs, and report to senior management while ensuring compliance with local regulations and global policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field.
CPA/ACCA or Six Sigma cert advantageous.
Fluency in English required; other languages advantageous.
Familiarity with Malaysian regulations and global financial practices.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership across Finance, Information Security, General Services and Call Centre.
Coordinate SSC functions and senior management across heads.
Develop strategies for operational efficiency and service quality.
Align SSC with global goals and stakeholders in APAC, Europe, US.
Oversee Finance processes including AP/AR, reporting, GL, SSC standards.
Manage Call Centre operations focusing on service quality.
Lead automation and digital transformation across SSC.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Support talent development and build high-performing teams.
