Job summary
Hartalega NGC Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an experienced technology and digital transformation leader to design and implement solutions across supply chain, warehousing, distribution and fulfilment. You will act as a strategic business partner to drive innovation, growth and operational excellence through data, automation and modern platforms.
You will translate operational challenges into scalable tech solutions, lead cross‑functional teams, and ensure governance, cybersecurity and regulatory
Qualifications
- Degree in IT, engineering, supply chain or related field; postgraduate advantage.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in technology and transformation.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional tech turnarounds in logistics.
- Experience with ERP/WMS/TMS/OMS and data analytics.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the tech and digital transformation roadmap to support business objectives.
- Lead improvements across warehousing, inventory, fulfilment, logistics and distribution.
- Translate operational challenges into scalable digital platforms and capabilities.
- Evaluate automation, AI, analytics and digital workflow initiatives.
- Collaborate with operations to enhance warehouse performance and delivery outcomes.
- Oversee enterprise platforms (ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS) and related apps.
