Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 8+ years B2B services sales with track record of exceeding targets.
• Experience selling to insurers with understanding of insurer needs and market dynamics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for revenue and market share goals in Southeast Asia.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in insurance, virtual healthcare, and TPA segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-suite decision-makers.
• Negotiate and close complex deals with optimal terms and pricing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive sales success and client outcomes.
