Established in 1996, AEON Credit began by offering Easy Payment schemes for consumer durables through retail merchants and chain stores. The Group has since expanded into credit cards and prepaid cards, AEON Wallet app, motor vehicle hire purchase financing, personal financing, insurance brokerage, and related financial services. Role Description The Services Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in AEON Credit Puchong, focused on promoting AEON Credit’s financial and insurance services to individual and corporate customers. This role involves identifying sales opportunities, approaching prospects, explaining product features and benefits, and recommending suitable solutions aligned with customer needs. The Services Sales Executive will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and product presentations to closing deals and supporting post-sale customer service. Daily activities include maintaining accurate sales records, meeting assigned sales targets, collaborating with branch staff and regional teams, and participating in marketing or promotional activities. The role also requires staying up to date with AEON Credit’s products, market trends, compliance requirements, and internal sales processes.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer relationship skills, including experience in financial services, consumer banking, or insurance sales.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities to explain product features clearly and build trust with diverse customers.
• Basic financial literacy and product knowledge, with the ability to understand credit, financing, and insurance solutions.
• Results-oriented mindset with skills in negotiation, target management, and pipeline tracking.
• Good organizational and time management capabilities to handle multiple leads, follow-ups, and documentation accurately.
• Comfort with using digital tools and mobile applications for sales, customer engagement, and reporting.
• Ability to work on-site in Puchong and collaborate effectively with branch and regional teams.
• Minimum of a diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Prior experience in retail financial services, insurance brokerage, or consumer lending is beneficial.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays, depending on business and customer needs.
