Job summary

AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad is seeking a Unit Head/Team Leader at our Bukit Mertajam branch to drive sales targets and manage local marketing activities while ensuring superior customer service and strict branch compliance.

You will oversee branch operations, lead a team, and coordinate with the IMS guidelines, including weekend and public holiday shifts. A Degree or Diploma with relevant banking experience is required.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma with minimum of 5 years working experience preferably in Banking/ Financial Industry.
• 3-5 years as a Unit Head/Team Leader.
• Expose in Branch Development functions and activities.
• Good management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Able to work on shift basis, weekend and public holiday.

Responsibilities

• To plan and lead the team to achieve Sales target assigned by the Company.
• To plan and execute local marketing activity to achieve target assigned for branch.
• Fully adhere to operation requirement for branch operation
• Maintain excellent customer service to internal and external customer.
• To ensure compliance of Branch Operational Procedure and IMS guideline, whenever attending customers at all times
• To ensure efficient and productive counter service operations

Job Responsibilities:
