Job summary

Gapmata Sajian Sdn Bhd in Sabah invites applications for a server and steward position at a military dining facility. You will support food service operations, kitchen tasks, and dining area maintenance across various shift patterns.

The role requires 1–2 years in food and beverage, hotel or restaurant, good physical health, and the ability to work shifts and overtime. A valid Malaysian ID and willingness to work at Kem Paradise, Kota Belud are essential.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen with valid ID.
• Good physical health and ability to work shifts/overtime.
• 1–2 years experience in food and beverage, hotel or restaurant.
• Willingness to work at Kem Paradise, Kota Belud.

Responsibilities

• Clean the dining hall, sweep and mop floors.
• Wash dishes after each meal service for personnel.
• Prepare food packages for personnel.
• Prepare hot beverages and drinks.
• Set up the service counter before meal times.
• Submit photographic reports for each meal service.
• Perform other duties as directed.
