Job summary

ASB Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated student to join as a Digitalization Intern. You will support the CSS digitalization team with testing, documentation, and learning materials for Sawit360 and related modules, from a user perspective.

You will create user manuals, tutorials, and short videos, and assist with onboarding and knowledge transfer. This role emphasizes testing, content creation, and training support rather than coding, using tools like Jira, Word, PowerPoint, CapCut, and AI

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related IT field.
Coursework or projects in software testing, systems analysis, or technical documentation is an advantage.
Must provide official internship confirmation or supporting documents from the University.

Responsibilities

Execute UAT test cases and scenarios for Sawit360, TTP, and CC modernization; record results against expected outcomes.
Test data flow from plantation and smallholder records through collection centers into Sawit360; confirm data capture and carryover.
Log defects with steps to reproduce, screenshots, and severity; retest fixes and confirm closure before sign-off.
Run regression checks on existing features after each release.
Prepare UAT test scripts, data, and summary reports for Business Data Manager.
Create step-by-step tutorials and walkthroughs for Sawit360, TTP, and CC modules for various stakeholders.
Convert system processes into simple guides with screenshots and annotations.
Keep tutorials current as features change after each release or enhancement.
