Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant IT experience in app development, system support, or digital solutions.
• PM certifications are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital workspace and facilities operations, overseeing IT project management, web-based app development, system automation, implementation, testing, and documentation.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, test and debug, and develop/maintain applications for optimal functionality.
• Maintain workspace and facilities management systems, databases, and portals for availability and efficiency.
• Monitor incidents and SLAs, drive improvements, and ensure SOP compliance.
• Ensure security, backups, and reliability of on-site and off-site servers and databases.
• Coordinate procurement, vendor management, and timely project delivery across teams.
