Job summary

CTC Global Sdn Bhd is offering a IT internship in Penang for students pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT. You will assist the Field Service Manager and support a team that installs, troubleshoots, and configures PCs, notebooks, printers, and scanners.

You will gain hands-on experience with Windows OS, Microsoft applications, antivirus deployment (McAfee), data analysis, and PC image creation. Will travel and own transport are required for this internship.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist Field Service Manager in managing field service team to provide optimum customer service.
• Install, troubleshoot and configure PC, notebooks, printers, scanners hardware components.
• Install and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft applications on desktops and notebooks.
• Install and troubleshoot McAfee antivirus software, patches and hot-fixes for MS or other applications.
• Data analysis and support in deployment of new PC images and CA deployment.
