Job summary

Nestlé Global Procurement is seeking a Digital Transformation Project Specialist in Malaysia. You will support the deployment and adoption of digital procurement solutions, collaborating with transformation leads, procurement teams, technology partners, markets and category stakeholders to drive value at scale.

The role focuses on coordinating project plans, milestones, risks and dependencies, delivering dashboards and updates, and enabling change adoption through training and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong project coordination skills to track actions, milestones, risks and priorities.
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail to turn information and feedback into improvements.
• Experience using dashboards and documentation to support delivery and decision-making.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across procurement, technology and markets in a multicultural environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the rollout of digital procurement solutions to improve adoption, efficiency, and user experience.
• Coordinating project plans, milestones, actions, risks, and dependencies to move transformation initiatives forward.
• Delivering clear project updates, dashboards, meeting materials, and follow-up actions.
• Driving stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and change support for new ways of working.
• Building reliable documentation and knowledge resources for long-term adoption.
• Identifying adoption insights to support continuous progress.
