Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives. You will analyze current processes, gather requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement data-driven solutions that improve efficiency and customer experience.

You will lead UAT, document use cases, and help manage change as new tools and workflows are rolled out. A quantitative degree and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power Query, Power Pivot, and Power BI.
• Experience with VBA, SQL, or Python is a plus.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Open to cross-functional roles and job rotation.
• Experience with digital transformation projects, data analytics, automation, or AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for digital transformation initiatives.
• Process Analysis: Analyse existing operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas where digital solutions can drive improvement.
• Solution Design and Implementation: Develop and deploy digital solutions that meet business needs, using automation, AI, and data analytics.
• Testing and Validation: Lead and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm solutions meet requirements.
• Change Management: Produce timely documentation of use cases and support adoption of new tools.
• Continuous Improvement: Track performance of solutions and recommend enhancements.
