Job summary

Texas Instruments seeks a Process Engineer to lead the digital design of our Test & Plating manufacturing processes. This role starts with a 1-month TI orientation, then deployment into an MES project team for 1–2 years, and finally returns to a production role to drive yield and efficiency using the new digital framework.

Key responsibilities include MES implementation, digital control design, and collaboration with manufacturing and quality teams to validate workflows and support deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering or science field.
• Minimum 2 years of semiconductor Test & Plating experience.
• Strong foundation in statistical process control and change control.
• Experience with MES platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead MES implementation design for manufacturing processes and traceability.
• Design digital process controls, including automated holds and rework loops.
• Align requirements between manufacturing and quality; support UAT and deployment.
• Post-project, optimize yield and process parameters using the digital framework.
