Inspiren Network Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing - Sales Consultant to drive growth by promoting and selling our digital marketing solutions to clients. This full-time role emphasizes building relationships and achieving sales targets.

You will prospect, assess client needs, propose tailored packages, negotiate contracts, and provide pre- and post-sales support, collaborating with marketing and product teams to stay ahead of offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and the ability to articulate value of solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within assigned territory
• Conducting client needs assessments and proposing tailored digital marketing solutions
• Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals to meet or exceed targets
