Job summary

Crafter's Lab in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to work alongside our Digital Marketing Executive, gaining hands-on experience in e-commerce and content production.

This on-site role runs Monday to Friday, 1 PM–7 PM, for at least 3 months, with duties including filming, editing, product photography, uploading to Shopee and Shopify, posting schedules, and engaging with customers.

Qualifications

• Studying marketing, media, or design-related fields.
• Able to speak English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good written English; capable of captions.
• Comfortable with a camera phone and basic video editing.
• Organised, reliable and able to work in a small team.
• Available Mon-Fri 1 PM–7 PM for at least 3 months on-site in Petaling Jaya.

Responsibilities

• Help on shoot days - setting up gear, lighting, and capturing footage.
• Edit short videos for Instagram and Facebook Reels (CapCut is fine).
• Shoot and edit product photos.
• Upload and update Shopee and Shopify listings.
• Schedule posts and reply to simple comments and messages.
• Keep content calendar and weekly numbers up to date.

Digital Marketing Intern

Petaling Jaya Internship Monday to Friday, 1 PM - 7 PM

Join Crafter's Lab, the studio behind Audio Image - a cozy audio and design store in Petaling Jaya. We put together meaningful audio experiences. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to work alongside our Digital Marketing Executive, helping bring our products to life online.

This is a hands-on, on-site internship, Monday to Friday, 1 PM to 7 PM. You'll be the second pair of hands on everything we make and post - filming, editing, shooting products, and keeping our online stores sharp. You'll learn how a real e-commerce and content operation runs from the inside, working directly with our marketing lead and the owner. Great for a student who wants real experience, not photocopying.

What You'll Do

• Good written English - you'll be helping with captions

• Organised and reliable, happy in a small team
• Available Monday to Friday, 1 PM - 7 PM, for at least 3 months
• Able to work on-site in Petaling Jaya
• Bonus: you love music, or you're curious about hi-fi and vinyl
