Job summary

CTRL + CREATE SDN BHD in Subang, Selangor, is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to work on live client accounts, gaining full-stack exposure to strategy, content, and execution in a hands-on agency setting.

You will build content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, and Lemon8, help plan campaigns, engage communities, and support reporting. This 3-month, full-time on-site internship offers mentorship and a path to full-time conversion.

Qualifications

• Marketing-related student (final-year preferred) based in Malaysia.
• Comfortable with Canva or CapCut.
• Own transport.
• Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, and Lemon8 for multiple client brands.
• Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns (launches, promotions, seasonal pushes).
• Manage community engagement — responding to comments, messages, and inquiries across client accounts.
• Research trends, influencers, and competitors to inform content and campaign strategy.
• Support content shoots and help prepare performance reports.

Your Role As a Digital Marketing Intern, you'll work directly on live client accounts, gaining full-stack exposure to how strategy, content, and execution come together in an agency setting.

Day to day, you'll:

• Create and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, and Lemon8 for multiple client brands
• Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns (launches, promotions, seasonal pushes)
• Manage community engagement — responding to comments, messages, and inquiries across client accounts
• Research trends, influencers, and competitors to inform content and campaign strategy
• Support content shoots and help prepare performance reports

About You Must-haves:
