Job summary

MYSense Marketing is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to join our team in Malaysia. You will gain hands-on experience across SEO, SEM, and website development while supporting content creation and optimization efforts.

You will work with our SEO, SEM, and web operations teams to improve the MYSense website’s performance, content, and visibility, and learn how to run campaigns and analyze results in a real-world agency setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
• Interest in digital marketing, SEO, SEM or web development.
• Strong willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Update content and layouts on the MYSense website using Web Builder.
• Conduct on-page SEO audits and identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor website performance with Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Assist in keyword research and content mapping for blogs and services pages.
• Help with internal linking, meta data optimization, and on-page activities.
• Support ad content creation and landing pages for Google Ads campaigns.
• Learn to set up campaigns, monitor performance, and analyze results.
• Collaborate with senior team members to write, optimize, and upload articles.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve UX, CRO, and SEO/SEM strategies.

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and curious marketing student to join our MYSense internal website team. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital marketing strategy and execution, primarily focused on Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and website development. You'll work alongside our SEO, SEM, and web operations teams to help improve the performance, content, and visibility of the MYSense website.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in updating content and layouts on the MYSense website using Web Builder.
• Help conduct on-page audits to identify SEO improvement opportunities.
• Monitor website performance and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Support keyword research and content mapping for blog and service pages.
• Assist in internal linking, meta data optimization, and other on-page activities.
• Learn how to track and report SEO performance using tools like SERanking or SEMRush.
• Assist in preparing ad content and landing pages for Google Ads campaigns.
• Learn how to set up campaigns, monitor performance, and analyze ad results.
• Contribute ideas for improving click-through rates and conversions.
• Work closely with the senior to support article writing, optimization, and uploading.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve web UX, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and SEO/SEM strategies.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field
• Interest in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, or web development
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of English
