Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required.
• Experience in digital marketing, demand generation, and inside sales is essential.
• Knowledge of CRM pipeline management and ABM is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and revenue.
• Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across website, email, paid media and social channels.
• Lead qualification, nurturing, and handover to Sales with clear SLAs.
• Manage CRM data integrity, tracking, and reporting dashboards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Creative, and Corporate Communications.
• Oversee marketing automation workflows and analytics to improve ROI.
• Lead a team to achieve lead generation targets and ensure alignment with Sales.
