Roles and Responsibilities
- Content Creation for Training Promotion: Assist in developing engaging visuals, social media posts, and short videos to promote upcoming training programs, workshops, and success stories.
- Social Media & Website Management: Update the centre’s website, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram with new course schedules, client highlights, and event announcements. Monitor inquiries and respond promptly.
- Email & Newsletter Campaigns: Support the preparation and distribution of e-newsletters to corporate clients, partners, and alumni — including writing short updates and tracking open rates.
- Digital Campaign Support: Help run targeted ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) for training programs, monitor performance metrics, and suggest improvements.
- Market & Competitor Research (Optional): Conduct research on industry trends, client needs, and competitors’ training offerings to support marketing strategy and course positioning.
Events
- Event Coordination Support: Assist in coordinating logistics for exhibitions, expo, including room setup, materials preparation, coordinating with contractors (exhibition)
- Corporate Client Engagement: Help with client communication and event registration processes — confirming attendance, preparing name tags, and collecting participant feedback.
- On-site Event Assistance: Provide hands‑on support during training sessions, seminars, or open days — managing check‑ins, photo‑taking, and social media updates in real‑time.
- Post‑Event Documentation & Reporting: Compile event photos, testimonials, and survey results to create summary reports or post‑event social media highlights.
- Marketing & Event Administration: Maintain marketing materials, update client databases, track event expenses, and assist in preparing monthly marketing or event reports.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or any related field.
