Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Vendor Account Manager (Ad Ops) to oversee and optimize digital advertising campaigns for global clients. The role leverages data-driven insights to maximize ROAS, grow account revenue, and hit performance targets.

The ideal candidate brings 4–6 years of ad operations experience, strong proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with Salesforce CRM. You will work with Chinese stakeholders and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The Vendor Account Manager (Ad Ops) manages and optimizes digital ad campaigns for global advertisers. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will use data-driven insights and a consultative approach to maximize advertiser ROAS, grow account revenue, and meet performance targets.

Experience Required

Ad Operations & Optimization: 4–6 years of experience optimizing digital ad campaigns (expert handling of ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversions).

Client & Revenue Management: Proven track record of managing global client accounts, driving budget attainment, and using Salesforce CRM.

Data Analytics: Advanced proficiency in data tools and Microsoft Excel to extract performance insights and build client reports.

Agility: Ability to manage tight deadlines and handle high call/email volumes in a fast-paced environment.

Highly interaction with Chinese stakeholders based in China
