Job summary

Dibea Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Digital Designer with an e‑commerce focus to craft engaging visuals for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other platforms.

You will design product listings, banners and website graphics, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and campaign goals. Collaborate with Marketing and E‑commerce teams, using Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and basic WordPress/Shopify skills. Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Graphic Design or related field.
• 1–3 years in graphic/digital design or e‑commerce design; strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with Illustrator, Photoshop and Canva.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress and Shopify is a plus.
• Experience with Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop is advantageous.

Digital Designer (E-Commerce Focus) - Immediate Hiring

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Graphic Designer to join our team and support our e-commerce and marketing activities.

You will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for e-commerce platforms, social media, websites, promotional campaigns, and other marketing channels. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands e-commerce visual trends, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• - Design eye-catching and engaging visual content for e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other online marketplaces.
• - Create product listings, promotional banners, campaign visuals, website graphics and other platform-specific creative assets.
• - Develop visual content for social media, digital marketing campaigns and offline marketing materials such as POSM and printed collaterals.
• - Ensure all designs are aligned with the company's brand guidelines, visual identity and marketing objectives.
• - Work closely with the Marketing and E-commerce teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver creative assets within deadlines.
• - Use design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva and other relevant software to produce high-quality designs.
• - Explore and utilise AI-powered design tools to improve creative processes, productivity and design efficiency.
• - Conduct basic research on design trends, competitors and e-commerce platforms to develop relevant and effective visual content.
• - Organise, manage and maintain digital design assets for easy access and consistency.
• - Assist with asset management and other design-related tasks when required.
• - Perform any other duties or projects assigned by the respective manager.

Requirements:

• - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Creative Design, Marketing or a related field.
• - 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital design or e-commerce design. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are also encouraged to apply.
• - Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
• - Basic knowledge of WordPress and Shopify is an added advantage.
• - Experience designing for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop or other e-commerce platforms will be highly advantageous.
• - Good understanding of digital marketing, social media and e-commerce visual requirements.
• - Strong sense of layout, typography, colour, composition and visual hierarchy.
• - Creative, detail-oriented and able to translate ideas into effective visual content.
• - Able to manage multiple projects and work within tight deadlines.
• - Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with Marketing and E-commerce teams.
• - Willing to learn and explore new design trends, tools and AI-powered creative technologies.
• - A strong portfolio showcasing digital, e-commerce and/or marketing design work is required.
