1. Social Media Content
  • Provide daily updates across all company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
2. Content Planning & Strategy
  • Develop a weekly content calendar to plan, organize, and schedule engaging content.
  • Research and implement strategies to increase followers, engagement, and reach.
  • Tailor content to suit each platform’s best practices and audience behavior.
3. Community Engagement
  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly to maintain positive audience relationships.
  • Engage with followers, influencers, and brand partners to foster a strong online community.
  • Monitor audience feedback and adapt content tone and approach accordingly.
4. Reporting & Analytics
  • Prepare and submit monthly performance reports to the Head of Marketing.
  • Analyze key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
  • Highlight top-performing content and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct competitor and trend analysis to benchmark social media performance.
5. Promotions & Branch Openings
  • Create videos and promotional materials for the HQ account.
  • Prioritize and execute urgent promotions promptly.
  • Support branch openings and events with engaging social media coverage and promotional content.
  • Ensure all campaign materials follow the brand’s visual identity and tone.
