Job summary

FWD Malaysia Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a candidate to execute the medical/health proposition for Digital Commerce. The role requires collaboration with internal tech stakeholders on launches, feature enhancements, and CRs, as well as coordination with compliance and product teams.

The position supports the channel’s platform development, including user testing, CMS, and UI/UX, and involves coordinating with marketing and group office functions to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecom platform and UIUX.
• Involvement in end-to-end campaign management.
• Product marketing and campaign planning.
• Some Insurance/Financial background / knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to write in English and BM.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end to end and collaborate with internal tech stakeholders - BA/PMO/IT and compliance/product/marketing stakeholders plus relevant group office functions in launches, product/feature enhancements, and CRs plus any new technical projects.
• Support the channel’s end-to-end platforms development and management, touching on user testing/verifications, CMS, UIUX etc.
• Go to team for system issues/support/maintenance for DC for new business, renewals and servicing by liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure quick resolution.
• Manage marketing and communications campaigns including producing marketing assets and training materials.
