Job summary

Lincoln University Malaysia is seeking a creative and versatile Digital Graphic Designer to develop compelling visual communications that strengthen the university’s brand identity, support student recruitment and enhance engagement across digital and offline channels.

The successful candidate will design social media content, digital advertisements, promotional videos, brochures, event branding and marketing materials for the university and its approved business ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication or related discipline.
• One to three years of relevant design experience; fresh graduates with exceptional portfolios are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects for video editing and motion graphics.
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma and other creative tools is an advantage.
• Ability to read and accurately typeset Chinese text is essential; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality digital and print materials (social posts, advertisements, posters, banners, brochures, flyers, prospectuses).
• Develop visual assets for student recruitment, scholarships, programmes, open days and campaigns.
• Create corporate presentations, infographics and internal communication materials.
• Produce engaging short-form videos and motion graphics for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Xiaohongshu.
• Adapt designs for multilingual layouts and multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and faculties to ensure brand consistency.
