Job summary

IE DIRECT SDN BHD is looking for a versatile Creative Marketing Lead to oversee graphic design, marketing, social media, e-commerce and digital content. You will manage online platforms, vendor coordination and website maintenance to ensure cohesive branding and effective campaigns.

The role involves creating promotional materials, supporting product launches, growing online store performance and maintaining documentation across marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop) and online stores.
• Basic website content management and content publishing skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create promotional materials including posters, advertisements, flyers and packaging.
• Develop marketing content and support campaigns, launches and online advertising.
• Manage company social media platforms and publish regular content.
• Oversee online stores across Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop and monitor performance.
• Maintain and update company websites, monitor functionality, and coordinate with vendors.
• Handle vendor coordination, quotations, orders, payments and documentation.
• Maintain records and ensure timely completion of tasks across departments.
