Job summary

Bloom Clinic is a MOH-registered aesthetic clinic with branches in PJ, Setia Alam and Johor Bahru. We are hiring a Digital Sales Executive to convert enquiries into booked appointments and grow client base through social channels.

You will respond across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and phone, qualify leads, and close packages while maintaining accurate records and complying with clinic standards. Fluency in Mandarin, English, and BM is preferred.

Qualifications

• SPM / O-Level or above.
• Comfortable in a target-driven environment.
• Confident on chat and phone with fast response times.
• Experience in sales, beauty, wellness or customer service is a plus (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries from Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and phone — fast and professionally.
• Qualify leads, book consultations, and follow up until they show up.
• Recommend suitable treatments and close packages with returning clients.
• Keep client records accurate and compliant with clinic standards.
• Communicate with clients in Mandarin, English and BM — the majority of enquiries come in Mandarin.
