Job summary

You will monitor daily die casting activities, troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and Japanese counterparts to implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Materials Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N5 or higher) is required to communicate with Japanese counterparts.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willing to learn and develop die casting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support daily die casting production activities to ensure smooth operations and targets.
• Troubleshoot die casting process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Analyze production data to identify productivity and quality improvements.
• Support die casting machine, die, and tooling maintenance.
