HAIJIA VEHICLE PARTS(MALAYSIA)SDN.BHD. Klang factory invites a Die Casting Engineer / Supervisor / Leader to operate and monitor die-casting machines, ensuring stable and efficient production.

The role requires preparing molds and materials, performing routine checks, and reporting issues promptly to maintain quality and safety. You will record production data, follow SOPs, and assist with mold changes and maintenance while collaborating with maintenance and quality teams to resolve production

Qualifications

• Ability to read simple engineering drawings.

Responsabilités

• Operate, monitor, and maintain die-casting machines to ensure stable and efficient production.
• Prepare molds, raw materials, and equipment according to the daily production schedule.
• Conduct routine machine checks, troubleshoot minor issues, and promptly report abnormalities.
• Ensure product quality through visual inspection and dimensional measurement according to specifications.
• Accurately record production data, including output, defects, and machine performance.
• Strictly follow SOP, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Assist with mold changeovers, machine setup, and basic maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve production issues.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and orderliness in line with 5S standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or production manager.
