You will lead evaluation and optimization of processes, equipment and materials for new product introductions. The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree (electronic or mechanical) with strong statistical analysis and problem‑solving skills, and can present technical findings effectively.

Formación

• Degree in engineering discipline, priority for electronic & mechanical engineering.
• Strong statistical analysis skills and problem-solving methods.
• Good technical presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Apply AI and demonstrate AI proficiency in applicable workflows.
• Identify, diagnose and resolve assembly process related problems.
• Coordinate and execute process, equipment and material evaluation/optimization initiatives and implement changes at process steps.
• Lead or participate in continuous yield improvement and cost reduction activities.
• Validate and fan out new process baseline qualifications for new product introductions.
• Practice and support SPC/FDC/RMS/APC.
• Be part of the network alignment team within Micron's site.
• Manage/audit material suppliers to achieve quality, cost and risk objectives.
• Support internal and external audits.
