Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve assembly process issues.
• Support process, equipment, and material evaluation and optimization including qualified process changes.
• Knowledge of yield improvement and cost-reduction methodologies using data analytics and AI tools.
• Support process qualification and fan-out for new processes, equipment, and materials for new product introduction.
• Understanding of SPC, FDC, RMS, APC; interest in AI-enabled monitoring and predictive control.

Responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve assembly process-related issues using engineering analysis and data-driven methods.
• Support process baseline qualification and fan-out for new products, equipment, and materials.
• Analyze process parameters, equipment alarms, machine health, and yield performance to detect excursions early.
• Contribute to site-to-site process portability and baseline standardization.
• Assist internal and external audits with comprehensive documentation.
