Job summary

Celestica Inc. is seeking an Operations Engineering Advisor to lead DFT/test engineering activities during design and manufacturing. You will review testability, boundary scan access, and MTRS coverage, while supporting early build debug and functional test definitions on site.

The role requires 4–8 years in DFT or test engineering, and knowledge of boundary scan and ICT tooling. Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic engineering is expected.

Qualifications

• Runs the testability review inside design.
• Models coverage against MTRS and checks DFT rules before layout freeze.
• Supports functional test definition and early build debug for the site.

Responsibilities

• Review schematic and layout against the DFT rule set before freeze and raise findings with evidence.
• Model structural and functional coverage and report gaps against the MTRS.
• Work dispositions with design and software: test point addition, chain correction, or alternatives.
• Verify coverage on the first fixture and record differences against claims.
• Support functional test definition and early build debug with TRL and on-site SMEs.
• Propose DFT rule changes from escapes and fixture rework.
