Asas Dunia Berhad, a property development company in Penang, seeks a Development Assistant to provide administrative support for smooth operations at our Georgetown office.

Responsibilities include documentation, data preparation and drawing interpretation, plus ensuring proper management of project records. Fresh graduates with related certificates are encouraged to apply and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with Certificate / Diploma in Construction Management or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
• Computer literate with knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, AutoCAD.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Self-discipline & able to work under minimum supervision.

We are seeking a Development Assistant to join our dynamic team at our Georgetown main office.

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in documentation, report, data preparation and drawing interpretation.
• Ensure project documentation is properly managed.

Job Requirements

• Computer literate with knowledge in MS Office ( Word, Excel , Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, AutoCAD(ACAD), Imaging Manipulation, etc.
• Fresh graduate with Certificate / Diploma in Construction Management or equivalent are encourage to apply.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Self-discipline & able to work under minimum supervision.
