Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field from an accredited university.
• 1–3+ years of professional software engineering with API design, app development, or developer advocacy.
• Proven track record with networked APIs, mobile/cloud-native APIs, or SaaS architectures.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, macOS development and modern IDEs.
• Strong writing and documentation skills; ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate product updates to minimize API/SDK disruption for developers.
• Advocate for developer enablement tools, APIs, and workflows within GPO.
• Architect and maintain sample apps and SDKs across cloud, on‑prem, and device environments.
• Create instructional materials and guides illustrating API/SDK features.
• Provide debugging support to third‑party developers and partner engineers.
